I offer a Clean,safe and relaxing space at Beauty Boss Boutique were you can be yourself and set the style of appointment you want as its your time.
Some clients bring ear pods and want to just chill and not talk and others are keen for a chat.
Once your appointment starts you get my full attention as bookings are all make online so no walk ins
I have been in the Beauty Industry since i became a Nail Tec in 2004 and have continued to upskill in different treatments.

Hi I'm Alana the Owner and founder of Beauty Boss Boutique.This business was started from the passion I have to help people be the best they can be and we all know that when you look great you feel great.I started my training in the Beauty industry in 2004. and continue to up skill and train in services as the more i can offer the better i can help you here and I always want to know that I am offering my clients the best.At Beauty Boss Boutique i offer 1 on 1 services there for all appointments are by booking only were you get 100% of my attention.I offer a safe,clean and honest space were i encourage you to be yourself, relax and enjoy the experience.
Booking Details
Appointments are by booking only to give you my full attention and a safe place to relax. When you arrive at your first appointment you will be asked to fill out a form that covers any health and allergy issues and we will talk about what it is you are wanting to achieve.that way there is a clear understanding of all areas.
Please note that at the time of booking a $50 deposit is required to hold your appointment time
if you are receiving a service under $50 please deposit 50% if deposit not made booking will not be held. Account details are on page were you book
Please read cancellation policy and terms before booking with me to insure that you are fully aware. As the business owner i pride myself on giving my best and just ask that a little is given in return.Thank you and see you at your appointment

This is such an exciting part of peoples lives and it all should be celebrated.
To help you and your bridal party and mums get wedding ready i find out what services you are all wanting and put together a package for you with nibbles and drink.
packages can also be for a group of girls wanting to catch up and enjoy a pamper.

CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS
48 hours notice of cancellation is appreciated. We understands that life sometimes gets in the way however cancellations within 24 hours notice will lose deposit.
Deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment time and day so once this is done and i get notification i will add deposit to your appointment.
No shows may result in not being re booked.please note that the time you book is the time you are paying for so Please be on time for your appointment if you are 15 minutes late your appointment may need to be re booked and deposit will be taken to cover lost appointment.
Please arrive makeup free and ready to go if eye make up is required to be removed a $10 charge will be added and this will also effect your treatment time.
A removal fee of $10 is charged when removing another artists work (under no circumstances will another artists work be worked on) This is non negotiable.
I offer a safe and judgement free space. I also reserve the right to refuse services to any persons should i feel it necessary to do so.

Covid 19/ Sickness
If you or someone in your home has had Covid or sickness of any kind please call to let me know, please do not just turn up to your appointment. As i will be unable to do service and you may be charge full service cost.
We are all dealing with a unsettled time at the moment and i do understand so please just let me know and i will work with you to re book you in as soon as possible if cancellation within 24 hours please note that deposit will be taken to cover lost appointment
